Friday's thing
Well, military/military spouses won on the poll, so now to find them. If anyone knows of a mil/mil spouse that owns an online store tell me. I am going to want to look over the store...
Hi there; I'm a military spouse who owns an online store. In fact, I started my online shop because I wanted to be home with my kids while my husband was deployed to the Persian Gulf. Well five years later he's been back (and gone again and back and is now gone again) and the shop is still going strong.
Because he's been deployed so much, we haven't been relocated, but I love knowing that when it is time to PCS, I can simply pack up my business and take it with me, rather than search for a new job in a new city.
My shop name is www.rubyjane.com and I sell retro and reproduction cotton fabric, sewing patterns, and kitchen linens.
Hi...I'm really commenting on past posts regarding wash/dish cloths;
Truly, with all due respect...acrylic/any non-cotton yarn does not work well, at all, for bath or kitchen items.
Cotton truly does the job well, and feels very nice against the skin, plus... when cared for properly...cotton towels, cloths, rugs, etc., last a very long time.
